Posts: 1884 Detroit Gender:	Re: Kalamazoo Marathon Reply #3 - Jun 4^th, 2011 at 11:50pm Eric in all of his Ironman-ness decided to just wake up and go run a marathon. He didn't really train for it so he had a bit of a slow mile or 2 near the end before his 8th wind kicked in. I believe it was 4.5 hrs. Before his body said no, however he was doing 7 minute miles.
