I haven't had a lot of time to play with it but I'm happy so far... I installed it from vista and it threw my windows vista directory into C:\windows.old\ so I still have everything backed up. I should reformat though.

I haven't tried an upgrade yet, but I've never been very happy with the results in the (distant) past.

I'm quite happy with Windows 7 on the Bobulator, even with the fux0red Start Menu. I've only had a chance to play Red Faction: Guerrilla for an hour or so, but it seems to be every bit as smooth as it was on Vista. We'll see how the other games go.
