I completely understand that customers are dicks, but that's something that must be accepted when you get into any retail business.

Imagine if a customer walked into their room at your father's B&B and saw the following signs plastered all over the place:

• Do not start your room on fire.
• Do not throw water balloons.
• Do not leave your eight-year old unattended for nine hours.
• Do not kick a hole in the closet door.
• Etc...

95% of customers would be insulted, and the other 5% that actually need to be told such things probably wouldn't bother heeding the warning anyway.  Save the inkjet toner and use it to buy a Taser instead.

Yeah like I said, the lady went about it wrong.  My Dad just had a contract people had to sign, and if they broke the rules he seized there deposit =p
