The former, that's largely something we've heard before, but the latter is interesting. That's the name given to many of AMD's 2012 roster of high-end PC cards. The PS4's GPU in particular, we're told, will be capable of displaying Orbis games at a resolution of up to 4096x2160, which is far in excess of the needs of most current HDTV sets. It'll also be capable of playing 3D games in 1080p (the PS3 could only safely manage 3D at 720p).

The more I play games like Mass Effect 3 the more I start to wonder why I liked Skyrim so much. The games combat is pretty bland, and the storyline is terrible.

Ya, it was pretty...but what result did you ending the rebellion bring to anyone but the Yarls saying "I'm glad the war is over"?

What was the result of saving all of Skyrim from Alduin aka THE WORLD EATER?! Some dragons flew around you and said "cya!" I was waiting for an upgrade or a million gold or some special armor or something.

Also, good or bad acts give nothing except fetch quests. Join the Dark Brotherhood? Fine. It's the same as saving a town from Imperial raiders. And after all that, everyone's response is, "Meh".

I'm not sure if any of you have been keeping up with gaming news lately, but Tribes Ascend recently (kinda) launched. Its a free-to-play version of the Tribes FPS game. It's pretty good, and you can earn everything in the game through XP, or bust out that credit card and purchase the unlocks with money.

Anyways, if you are bored, and looking for a kick ass unique shooter to play, give it a whirl.
