I think I found a leak shot of what it'll look like.  It seems to me that this is possible considering the market that Nintendo is making games for and the type of people who play those games can easily master it.

According to Nintendo, that particular leaked image was 'shopped, Stewie.  To shoot down any false rumors before they get out of control (ala the Nintendo Revolution), they've released the following image:

Fable 3 finally made it to the PC last week.  I've been having a ton of fun playing so far, and I'm really digging the chicken suit.

Quote:
Duke Nukem Forever has gone gold

"Duke Nukem Forever is the game that was once thought to be unshipppable, and yet here we are, on the precipice of history," said Christoph Hartmann, president of 2K. "Today marks an amazing day in the annals of gaming lore, the day where the legend of Duke Nukem Forever is finally complete and it takes that final step towards becoming a reality." Sure, it took us 15 years or so to get here, but the important thing is that the game is coming out. It's happening.

It's about darn time!

Assassin's Creed is a decent game.  Sometimes I find it amusing to just run around wreaking havoc.  Unfortunately, the series is much like GTA for me in that I can't keep focused on the missions.  For some reason, the game gets cranky when I randomly murder the people I'm supposed to be helping.

The new trailer for The Old Republic is just as amazing as we've come to expect.  I'd like to see Bioware sell a Blu-Ray with all of those amazing trailers on them.  I have little interest in the MMO, but the trailers are amazing!

Microsoft/Bioware showed off Mass Effect 3 yesterday and it's shaping up to be absolutely incredible.  The first two games are amongst my all-time favorites and I'm planning on taking a week-long vacation when the third one ships.  The most exciting part of yesterday's overview?  Liara, the sexiest blue alien in the universe, appears to be a playable character again.

If you guys are on right now, Nintendo is streaming their E3 conference live at:

http://e3.nintendo.com

They've got some nifty stuff on the way for the 25th anniversary of the Zelda Series.  Mario Kart is also looking pretty sweet.

The new console will be called... the Wii U.  Pronounced "Wee Yoo".

Seriously.

The new controller looks like it could be cool, but it also looks expensive, and I'm guessing it'll be a battery hog.  I'd really like to see it in action, though.

More shots from Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim have been released, and they look dead sexy.  I can't wait to lose a couple weeks of my life in Cyrodiil.

It looks absolutely stunning.  On a side note, Oblivion is going to be re-re-re-re-released as a super ultra omega special collector's edition.  It will come with both expansions, but none of the DLC will ship with it for some reason.  Weird.

Today is a momentous day.  After 13 years in production, Duke Nukem Forever has finally hit store shelves... and it sucks.  Glitchy gameplay, horrible level design, interminable load times, poor hit detection, the Duke has it all!

I'm not sure how I missed this one, but Bethesda did an interview during E3 and showed off about five minutes of amazing in-game footage for Skyrim.  I'm booking my vacation tomorrow for the week of 11/11/11!

I've been so fascinated by the footage that came out of E3 that I started playing Oblivion again last week.  I'd forgotten how annoying the menus and level progression were, but the rest of the game still shines.  With a handful of environmental mods, the game still looks and sounds pretty darn good.

Team Fortress 2 is now free to play.  Just in case any of you slackers haven't bought it yet, you can find it on Steam.

Sony is killing off Star Wars Galaxies at the end of the year.  I guess this is not entirely surprising, considering the epic hype surrounding Star Wars: The Old Republic.
