They've got some really neat stuff. From time to time, I pick up hacked carts for my NES and SNES. Modders take leaked code of unfinished games (or fan translations of games not released in the US) and put them onto NES/SNES carts that play on regular consoles.

You can get some real gems this way. Star Fox 2, for example, was completed for the SNES but never released due to the pending launch of the N64. Radical Dreamers, a "wrap up" for Chrono Trigger (the best damn game ever made) was launched for the SNES SatellaView download service in Japan. Since we didn't have that service in the US, we never got Radical Dreamers.

KOTOR2 has also gotten Steam achievements, 4k resolutions, Steam cloud saves and trading cards. -b0b (...it's time!)

RPG Maker MV has just been announced, and it seems to bring with it everything I've always wanted from RPG Maker. The new version will support high resolution (although no details on exactly what that means), side-view battles (think FF6), and multi-device support among other things.

So here's your daily dose of conspiracy. Valve just pushed out an update to Dota 2 (the first game to be converted to the Source 2 engine) and it includes a file called hl3.txt. It appears to be a configuration file that could potentially be related to Half-Life 3.
