The XBox 360 controller is your best bet. It is universally supported, fairly inexpensive, and very comfortable.

You can buy a single set that comes with the controller and the PC wireless receiver, or you can buy them separately, but make sure you buy an authentic Microsoft receiver. There are a ton of third-party receivers that look absolutely identical but work very poorly. Here is an authentic set:

If any of you guys have a hankering for more Skyrim, a massive new mod was just launched called Enderal. It's a completely new world set in the Elder Scrolls universe and it has to be one of the most expansive and beautiful mods I've ever seen. I'm in the middle of Dragon Age: Inquisition at the moment, but this is definitely on my must-play list!
