Pick a New Forum Domain Name!

The domain name registrations for TWNCommunications.Net and GeekCrew.net need to be renewed. While I'm at it, I might as well add a third domain to the list that would point at the forum.

The new domain name would point at the forum and I'll also offer free webmail addresses using the domain suffix.

As such, I'm offering up a contest to help nominate and ultimately select a domain name. Throw your ideas here and I'll post a poll of the best choices this weekend. The winner (assuming it isn't crude or lascivious) of the poll will be registered next weekend!

Alright, show me what you've got. Make sure you check Whois to ensure the domain isn't already registered. You can find a free Whois tool here.

I've wanted to register this domain name for years, and I think it might finally be time to bring my evil plan to fruition. Not only does it have a nice ring to it, but I can also use (free!) subdomain aliases to point to other systems on my network. For instance...

I registered JamesAndMere.com tonight for the wedding, so I also took a moment to register WesDownersMom.com. It may take up to 72 hours for those addresses to update in DNS, but as soon as they propagate, they'll be live!

By the way, I'd be more than happy to host websites or files at www.WesDownersMom.com/Whatever, and I can offer web-based e-mail accounts with the WesDownersMom.com domain. For what it's worth, I've already created Meta4@WesDownersMom.com and Bob@WesDownersMom.com. If you want your own address, all you need to do is ask!
