Sure there are...you just didn't use your imagination.

Some examples might included:

"Oh that stutter must run in the family...you're mom usually does that while humming."

"So you're saying 'okay' to you being gay? Wow I never knew."

"As you can see he didn't deny it"

"Is that the echo that comes out of your boyfriend's behind?"

There are others but that just gives you some ideas.
