Heck yeah!  I downloaded a DVD rip with fansubs (at work *cough*) the morning it came out.

I still want to get the english dubbed version, though, and I think Squaresoft has completely killed the free momentum this movie would have had if it'd been released in America according to the original schedule.

I can see missing a deadline by a few weeks, or even a couple of months, but when you announce a release date only six months beforehand and still manage to blow it by over a year, something is seriously wrong.

But like usual you weren't listening to me.

For those of us that have seen it (i.e. not you b0b), what did you think of the English dubbing?  Personally, I think the casting was horrible.  Most of the characters just weren't convincing speaking in the voices they were assigned.  As for the dialogue, it seemed a little immature to me.  I'm loving the extras though!  Yay!
