Minus the egregious grammatical errors, I'm thinking it means this...

"A society that founds their education on universalism tends to undervalue diversity."

In other words, the concept of the "global village" that is being taught in our academic institutions is ruining  ethnic diversity.  The greatest thing about America is our cultural heritage because we came from everywhere.  Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, etc.  I bet you're sitting within three miles of someone that is less than two generations away from every continent on earth.  It brings new meaning to "six degrees of separation."

As the educational elite continues to push the "one mind" philosophy, the heritage we were founded on will continue to be eroded into oblivion.
