I don't know if you guys remember back a few months when Marvel was attempting to sue City of Heros for allowing players to create exact characters of their characters. This is almost laughable. Marvel should have gone out and sued papermakers and writing utensil makers for allowing people to have the potential for "copywriting" their characters by drawing them...WITH A WRITING UTENSIL...on...PAPER! Egads! Great Scott! Pooperninnycaka! That's right folks if you ever drew any comic book character you were involved in copyright infringement...if you would like to turn yourself in...just send one payment to Sorry Dude 742 Evergreen Terrece Springfield....also if you ever uttered the word superhero...Marvel is trying to copyright that word so remember when typing the word superhero....put your (c) around it!

Marvel has had a copyright on the word - "super-hero" since the early 80's I believe. They are pretty lenient (sp?) on how they enforce it though. Usually only going after people who put it on the front of comics.
