What's wrong with Shyamalan? Sixth Sense was incredibly good and The Village was also pretty interesting (in my opinion). I haven't seen Lady in the Water yet, but my wife seemed to enjoy it.

I think The Happening looks like an excellent film, Marky Mark not withstanding.

Actually...Shooter was pretty good I thought. I wanted to not like it but it had a lot of good things to it.

Lady in the Water was crap. Sixth Sense was good because it was his first movie, and I even liked Signs for the most part. Also Unbreakable had a few redeeming qualities. However, he needs to stop trying to play off his movies with these big twist ending...sometimes they don't work. It just gets annoying after a while. Village was boring and it lied to me...no monsters in it at all.
