That cop should be given an award. I saw pictures of one of my coworkers cars after a guy thought it would be funny to hit it a couple times with his skate board. If I ever saw someone do that to one of my cars I would have no problems emptying a magazine on them. If God wants them to live he will make me miss.

I know not all of them are vandals. But aren't there like indoor places they can go?

...oh btw, they caught the guy, turns out he couldn't pay for the damages and he was given 24 hours community service.

Some maths: almost $4000 in damages at $5.25 (minimum wage) is about 760 hours of work. He should get 760 hours...or shot, whichever the court finds to be fair.
