Just wanted to throw a heads-up that our resident Ironman will be running the Kazoo Marathon Sunday morning at 7:30.

Ill be in Kazoo with susie to watch, so if you're in the area hit me up on my phone or email.

Eric in all of his Ironman-ness decided to just wake up and go run a marathon. He didn't really train for it so he had a bit of a slow mile or 2 near the end before his 8th wind kicked in. I believe it was 4.5 hrs. Before his body said no, however he was doing 7 minute miles.
