In the episode, Stan, one of the show's four mischievous fourth graders, is hailed as a reluctant savior by Scientology leaders, while a cartoon Cruise locks himself in a closet and won't come out. Stone told The AP he and co-creator Trey Parker "never heard a peep out of Isaac in any way until we did Scientology. He wants a different standard for religions other than his own, and to me, that is where intolerance and bigotry begin."

It'll be interesting to see if his character has a strange demise in the show.  

I think somebody from the Scientology head office called Isaac and reminded him they had the dirt on him.  If he was really "outraged" he would have quit when the show aired.  Sucks too because he is chef.  If this ends up killing Southpark, I'm going to call the ATF and tell them that the Scientologists are making illegal machine guns.  The ATF is currently 1-0 against religious cults.
