This was so epic I thought I'd make a new topic.
http://gh.ffshrine.org/ SOoooo much stuff on there. I even got Mario and Zelda 64 in Big Band style. Just click the name of the cd, then a track, then on the click here button to download. Its a bit awkward but all the audio is in mp3 format. |

Briney, I love you!
Now I can add to my already ridiculous collection. Wanting to play FF music is what keeps me motivated to practice the piano. |

those are just rediculous. I listened to about 3 of em and had to stop... way to energetic.
Fatman used to go to town on that game to the dissapointment and annoyance of the people below his shaking apartment. |

How many dance pads did he go through before they custom made him one with a layer of padding five feet high?

Briney, I'm not sure I quite understand how the rewards program works. If it's too complicated, I'll just keep downloading one file at a time...
I LOVE THIS SITE!!!!! *currently listening to the Chobits soundtrack* |

Is it just me or are there no Final Fantasy MP3's on this site?
Cuz if there aren't any FF MP3's on this site, well....it's gay. |
Title: Re: Game music site Post by Briney on Mar 10th, 2006 at 12:40am
Yea the only FF they have is in the midi section. That is odd. Their site is on a final fantasy shrine network, maybe they had some agreement thing going on where they couldnt have any.
I still have 80 FF songs if you need em. |

Eighty? Pffff! So small! Here's a real man's collection. 2,313 tracks from Final Fantasy, including every single official FF CD ever released. Ever. (List removed.) -b0b (...drool over THAT!) Edit: The list was so freakin' long that it broke Firefox. How cool is that? I'll just pop the list into trusty ol' Notepad instead. Here's the text version of some of my bigger collections. Suckers! http://www.TWNCommunications.Net/Other/FFList.txt - Final Fantasy (2,313 files) http://www.TWNCommunications.Net/Other/CTList.txt - Chrono Trigger/Cross (157 files) http://www.TWNCommunications.Net/Other/XGList.txt - XenoGears/XenoSaga (215 files) http://www.TWNCommunications.Net/Other/DQList.txt - DragonQuest (190 files) If you dare, here is the "Master List" of my full album collections. I'll spare you all the one-off MP3's I've got, since I doubt any of you would want them. As you guys know, I lost my MP3 collection last October, so it's still rather small. I'm working on it! http://www.TWNCommunications.Net/Other/MasterList.txt - Full Albums (7,854 files) As you can see, everything adheres to my seriously anal-retentive naming methodology, except the cover art. I'm not sure why I haven't renamed the cover art pictures, but for some reason I just don't care. I haven't renamed the OC Remix stuff, either, but I can't figure out how I want to name that stuff just yet. -b0b (...wonders if it's legal to have two sig lines in one post?) |

The Final Fantasy tunes? Would you believe me if I told you just about all of it? I don't listen to much of the NES-era stuff on a regular basis, simply because I don't find much enjoyment in listening to 8-bit tunes. The SNES-PS2 era gets quite a bit more attention, but my favorite stuff is the arranged/remixed stuff. There are some truly majestic pieces in that collection. -b0b (...rocks on.) |

Yes, I do believe you, because I would do the exact same thing. I've been known to listen to the same track (the opera from III/VI and one-winged angel, usually) multiple times in a row at full blast driving around Sturgis. It makes for some interesting reactions from people.
btw, have you checked your email lately? |

The various piano collections rock your weak world. The FFX variation is particularly well done.
As Penny Arcade says, "It's like drinking unicorn giggles." -b0b (...pwndizzled.) |
