Iraq.
If you were King, what would you do with the situation in Iraq? Stay in for the long haul? Pull out immediately? Slow withdrawal? I'm surprised this question hasn't really come up before. -b0b (...will temporarily hold his opinion.) |

Funny you would mention King Bush. If I were king I would get out of there. And then never invade another country for reasons beyond all logic and sanity.

As in, pack everything up tomorrow and leave?

I think it would be irresonsible to leave right now. To do so would mean an anarchist "government". I believe that we should train the Iraqis...and then pull out. Then mind our own business for the next 600 years.

Well, I think a scale down would be nice at 1st, then begone by what Congress had saidL end of 2006. Of course there would always be a certain amount of soldiers there (See Afghanistan) but we need to get a move on this training thing and get out of there. They are bombing cause we are there. But the Iraqi government definetly needs some force in place to prevent uprising.
