This has absolutely nothing to do with enterprise storage, but it might be useful for someone banging their head against the wall. From time to time, iTunes will put songs from one album into two separate groups, despite the fact that all of the ID3 info (artist, album artist, grouping, etc) are identical:
To fix this, simply select all of the files, right click, and select Get Info. Then change the album title to something different (e.g. add a "2" to the end of the album title).
This will fix the problem and put all of the songs into one group. You can then repeat the process to fix the album title and everything will be peachy.
